Ron and Linda Zinnell made their home for two decades on 30 acres west of Ravenna, but that changed when an adjoining acreage came up for sale.

Although the Zinnells had been considering building a new home, the home they hoped to build would require a special site, and their property didn’t quite fit the bill. Linda imagined a home with tall, spacious windows that would allow maximum visibility of natural landscaping rich with native Nebraska flora.
