Shelton boys capture first TVC crown since 1983

HASTINGS — Trailing almost the entire game, the Shelton boys basketball team waited until the fourth quarter to make its move.

The Bulldogs started the quarter on a 10-0 run and outscored Franklin 18-4 in the frame for a 46-37 victory in the Twin Valley Conference Tournament championship Monday night at Adams Central High School.
