KEARNEY — People entering Jon and Niki Ruyle’s new home in northeast Kearney know the couple’s focus has been on building a warm and happy home for their growing family.

In May, Jon and Niki decided to move to Kearney and they put their home in Lincoln on the market; it sold in nine days and they began looking for a house in Kearney.
