When Tanner and Chas Cavenee built their new Elm Creek home they built it with ‘forever’ in mind. From the hard-wearing porcelain tile found in the kitchen and baths, to extra-wide handicapped accessible hallways and doors, to the strong and water-resistant poured concrete walls in the basement, the nearly 4000-square foot Cavenee home was built to stand the test of time.
