We hear of all the problems with youth not knowing about hunting, why people hunt and the proper care and handling of firearms. Pheasants Forever (Kearney Prairie Hills Chapter) has had 11 consecutive years of holding this activity. We have exposed more than 100 kids to fun in the field, safety with firearms and a taste of “what’s out there!” Thanks to all the Prairie Hills Chapter members for helping. Special thanks to the Fort Kearney Shooting Sports Club for the use of their wonderful facility!
