Pawnee homecoming great success despite rain

A crowd estimated at more than 2,500 got a glimpse of Pawnee culture Saturday before rain forced an early ending for the powwow and homecoming.

I think the “Pawnee Homecoming” was outstanding, to say the least. I hope that they did not go back to Oklahoma, without receiving a
open invitation to return, as often or as long as they like.
I would also like to know if they could return to
do a “Story Telling” festival in the future.
“ONE” DAY was not long enough.
I was thankful we did not have severe weather
for the day, just a little rain.

I have always been fascinated by Indian culture, and you have allowed me the priviledge of experiencing life in the past brought to the present. The video was wonderful and I hope that next year you will have more videos of what actually transpired during annual event for historical records, and for those of us that couldn’t make it there. The idea of story telling (accurate story telling) is an awesome idea also. Keep up the great work.
