Hey, Just wanted to say that I am praying for ya’ll and that my heart goes out to all of you. I lived in Kearney for a very long time. I have been in South Alabama for 12 years now. My father owned the Amoco gas stations next to Ft. Kearney Inn and Holiday Inn for many years. I hope and pray that everyone is safe and I hope to get back and help rebuild. God bless ya’ll. Lynette
Kearney is my home town and I was so sorry to hear about and to view all the damage. My heart goes out to everyone there and my prayers are with you. I have family still living there and thankfully their lives were spared and so were their homes, but they lost all the out buildings on their farm. I wish you all the best in rebuilding………Kearney will survive.
I’m so sorry to see all the destruction. I still have family and friends in the area. I lived in Kearney for 16 years and I hate to see the damage, but Kearney is a community that will rebuild and be okay. God bless each and everyone of you
Hate to see the horrific damage to our former home town. Best of luck to all of you as you rebuild.
Our closest friends in Ogallala-their folks lived there-we always stopped there on way to Ogallala, Neb. It is a great town and has strong and good people-the kind of a town anyone would love to not only visit but live their lives-we wish them all the best to get back to normal-our prayers with all
Hey everyone, in the mass destruction of this storm, I just praise the Lord that no one was seriously injured. Thank goodness no livestock was being borded at the fairgrounds at the time of the tornado. It humbles me to realize were are not in control.
My husband and I hope to move to Kearney in 2010; we are buying a home in June! It was safe, and my heart goes out to everyone there!
It’s so sad and so difficult to see my home town in such a terrible state. My heart goes out to all my loved ones there. I wish I could be there to help everyone clean up and rebuild. Thank God people had time to take cover. Best wishes in the coming weeks
Hello to all my friends in Kearney. I’m so glad no one died in the tornado and I hope no one was seriously hurt. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
I have just gotten through a flood and am
now dong fine. There is plenty of help out there,
don,t be afraid ro ask. I know there is alot
of negativity about FEMA, but they really helped me. I don’t know which is worse, e=yes I do a
tornado s scarier but the damage to homes amd
furniture is very heartbreakingGood luck to all
on getting things back to as normal as can be. May God Bless all.
I’m sorry to hear what happened up there in Kearney. I was born and grew up there and have many many memories. I hope everyone is okay and the rebuilding is coming along nicely. I hope to be up there visiting this summer.
