Friday, Feb. 5th, the eigth annual daddy daughter date night took place at the Holiday inn. This year’s event included, dinner, dancing, and a live concert by local singer Ashton Jackson.

This Broadway musical on tour is based on the popular 1998 film, starring Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore. The story follows a rock-star wannabe, Robbie Heart, who lives in his grandmothers basement in New Jersey and sings in a wedding band. Curtains go up at 7pm, on Monday, February 8. (more…)
First time home builders, Joel and Cammy Korth chose to build on 20 expansive acres northwest of Kearney, so that their future with four-year old son, Chase, could be open to possibility. After breaking ground in July of 2008, the Korth family moved in just five months later, in December.
Overton did something no team has done against Eustis-Farnam this season. The Class D-1 No. 4-ranked Eagles had a response for every run from the No. 3 Knights Friday, knocking Eustis-Farnam from the ranks of the unbeaten with a 66-56 win. (more…)
